Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Remote or non-metro areas may take additional time.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary due to weather, operational delays, or other unforeseen factors.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned during the sale period.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact details.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect:
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear product photos

Our team will review the case and assist as per our policy.


7. No Cancellation After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
